This hero is tagged as a core investment in Last Z Hub. Prioritize stars, skills, and strong matching equipment when the hero belongs to your main faction and season roster.

Licia is modeled as a long-term core option in Last Z Hub when the hero matches your main faction. Revisit that assumption after major new-season releases, balance changes, or a large difference in stars and equipment between owned heroes.
Compare formation position, faction synergy, troop type, current stars, skill investment, equipment readiness, and the next available seasonal replacement. Do not spend universal materials only because a community tier label is high.
